1. Students/parents must provide accurate and complete information during registration for the IITPK ISAT Scholarship Test. 2. Registration is subject to the eligibility criteria and guidelines specified by IITPK. 3. Any applicable registration fee must be paid through the payment gateway provided on the website. 4. Once the registration is successfully completed, the registration fee is generally non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate or failed transactions where the amount has been debited. 5. IITPK reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the test due to technical, administrative or unforeseen circumstances. 6. Any student found using unfair means or providing incorrect information may be disqualified. 7. Scholarship eligibility and benefits will be subject to IITPK's applicable scholarship criteria and rules. Registration or participation does not guarantee a scholarship. 8. For payment-related issues, applicants may contact IITPK support with their registration and transaction details. 9. IITPK reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when required. Any changes will be published on this website.

Refund & Cancellation Policy Once registration and payment are successfully completed, the registration fee is generally non-refundable. In case of duplicate payment or a payment failure where the amount has been debited, the transaction will be verified and an eligible refund will be processed. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method. No refund will normally be provided for absence from the test, change of mind, incorrect information, or disqualification due to violation of examination rules. For any payment-related issue, applicants may contact IITPK support with their registration and transaction details.

Privacy Policy IITPK may collect information such as student's name, contact details, academic details and other information required for registration and conducting the scholarship test. The collected information may be used for registration, examination, communication, scholarship processing and related administrative purposes. Payment-related transactions are processed through authorized payment gateway/service providers. IITPK does not collect or store sensitive payment credentials such as UPI PIN, CVV or banking passwords. IITPK takes reasonable measures to protect the personal information provided by users. User information will not be sold or misused and will be shared with third parties only where necessary to provide the required services or as required by applicable law.
